Why This Exists
A clean roster report over a worker + credential table: it buckets every credential into EXPIRED, EXPIRING-SOON (within a window you set), or UNDATED — and it treats an undated credential as a gap to chase, not as "probably fine." It records operator attestation only (a "verified_at" that stays null by rule): it does NOT phone an issuer or verify a credential is genuine. The kinds taxonomy ships as a seed you rewrite for your own vertical.

Technical Details
A pure classifier: expired (past), expiring-soon (within your window), or undated (no date = gap). The window is configurable.
A config("credential-expiry") kinds taxonomy ships as a seed — it is domain-specific, so you rewrite the kinds for your vertical.
It records operator attestation only. verified_at stays null by rule — it does not check a credential against any issuer or registry.
No compliance guarantee, no issuer verification, no vertical-specific taxonomy out of the box. Credential rows are worker PII — you own the handling.
