The Challenge
Taxi and livery operators either run on radios and paper or hand their business to a rideshare marketplace that owns the rider, sets the price and keeps the relationship. Operators wanted marketplace-grade software without giving any of that up. That meant serving three people at once: a rider who books on the operator's own page with no app, a dispatcher who works a live board all day, and a driver who takes offers and runs the trip from a phone, with fares, payments and driver payouts settled on every ride.
The Solution
Dispatchn puts every job on a live board in three lanes: searching, assigned and in progress. An auto-offer works through the on-shift drivers in turn ("offered to Maria, 2 of 5 tried"), or the dispatcher assigns by hand and can step in mid-offer. Riders book on the operator's branded pages, with a page for each service class from standard rides to executive, luxury, limo and helicopter. Every booking gets a fixed fare quoted from the real route, guest checkout and a tracking link by text. Drivers onboard themselves through a secure invite link, take offers in a phone portal and message riders without exchanging phone numbers. A live map shows driver positions, routes and arrival times. Card payments split per ride between operator and driver, and riders are refunded automatically if no driver takes the job. The operator runs the service; the software is never the transportation provider.
